The History
Think of it this way. When something happens, you look back at what you've done wrong, and do something different. When you find that that works, you continue to use the new-found idea and build off of that. Sometimes, you need to go back even farther.
When humanity seemed to fail, we went back to our ancestral beliefs and ideas. The 88 constellation beings once again took notice of the change in the human's mind and their meaning of 'chance'.The celestial beings gave to the humans a golden chest, filled with the 88 scrolls of each belief of each being. All of the scrolls were kept within one large temple in the middle of eastern Asia.
When one was born, they received one of the specific abilities from one of the many celestial beings. They got somewhat of a 'copy' of the scroll that coordinates with the being. Of course, now, the beings still chose, but now they choose by spirit, energy, strength, and intelligence, the many ways to lead a successful life.
Although the scrolls have stayed in tact, one constellation--one celestial being-- has been lost once again.
That being is the phoenix. And yet, in this time of triumph, this one being of living treasure has been lost. And now, with the building of empires, it might be needed once again, Needed to take the body of a human. Needed as a safeguard for all humanity. For as fire can blaze, so can evil.

Prologue
“Las tulekahju neelama te
Ringi sa leegiga
Tantsi lõõskav alkohol
Ja lõpuks need rumal mängud
Kui sa tantsid tules
Kanged su kõrval
Kui sa tantsid tules
Seal ei ole põhjust varjata
Lives saab kadunud
Aga leek ei põle
Vesi auru all see
Ja külm on alates läinud
Las tulekahju neelama te
Ringi sa leegiga
Tantsi lõõskav alkohol
Ja lõpuks need rumal mängud
Ja kui sa tantsid tules ...
Tulekahju tantsud teiega”

“Let the fire engulf you
Circle you with flames
Dance with the blazing spirits
And end these silly games
If you dance with fire
Spirits at your side
If you dance with fire
There won't be a reason to hide
Lives can be lost
But the flame can burn on
Water will steam under it
And frost can since be gone
Let the fire engulf you
Circle you with flames
Dance with the blazing spirits
And end these silly games
And if you dance with fire...
The fire dances with you”
I heard the group of people sing the tune out of farthest corner of my hearing. I sat on the log around the large pit of fire, closed eyes twitching slightly.
As the second round of the same song followed, I solemnly sung along, muttering the lyrics in Estonian.

"Sa võid olla kasulik, üks kord." I heard a brisk, husky voice mutter. The itchy, cotton blindfold over my eyes scratched against my smaller nose, and I resisted the temptation to break the almost-silence and sneeze. Not appropriate, Taaselustada. When in criticism, at least be formal with names. “I know English, you don’t have to speak my native...” I growled, slightly muffled by the large blindfold.
“Ah, but yet, you’re the only one left, besides that boy-”
“Who else besides my family knows Estonian?” I growled. Estonian used to be a country’s language, before the country was taken over. It then became a sacred language between a family and friends, but they all died off. Except for me, and my parents, and sister. But they were safe at home. Not underground.
I wriggled in my chair, still blind, and growled slightly. I was obviously tied up, with my arms strapped to the back of the chair and feet chained to the chair’s legs. I felt the vibration of hard heels walking around, some type of army boots or something along those lines. “Look, you’re only going to be here for another few hours. Then you can go back. Unless you know a lot of information you're not supposed to."
I knew what he meant. I knew I wasn't supposed to, either.
